Pieter Kotze
FOUNDER
Pieter started his career as an actuarial assistant at Symmetry Multi-managers in 2001. After moving into the performance team, where he was responsible for the implementation of a new performance system, he moved to Statpro SA as an analytics consultant. Having lead a small team of analytics consultants for a couple of years, it was time for him to go solo, and this is where Integra Consulting was born.
In his spare time Pieter enjoys a good camp fire, tackling gravel roads with an MTB or quadbike, or going for a scenic drive on a winding road.

Olivia Alie
Performance Consultant
Olivia is a highly experienced investment performance and reporting specialist with over two decades in the financial services industry. She has held senior roles across leading firms including Cadiz Asset Management and Sanlam Multi-Manager International, and has extensive expertise in performance analysis, GIPS® compliance, and investment reporting.
As a dedicated mother of three boys, Olivia enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has a bucket-list full of travel destinations.

Zainab Enous
Reporting Consultant
Zainab has worked in the investment industry for a number of years, and specialises in the production of accurate investment reports, as well as performance process support. She prides herself in her work ethic and dedication to produce results in an accurate and timeous fashion.
Outside of work, she is passionate about bringing people together through food. A self-proclaimed wannabe MasterChef, she regularly experiments with new recipes and flavours in the kitchen. She also enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her cats.

Renata Henning
Data Warehouse Specialist
Renata has over 20 years' experience in the information technology industry, specialising in data warehouse implementations for the investment management industry. She has dealt extensively with a variety of clients in the investment industry and delivered value added solutions, which includes data normalisation in data warehouses, the design of intelligent reporting solutions, as well as business analysis and project management.
In her spare time Renata enjoys long distance running and browsing craft markets over weekends.
